Stop being afraid of what could go wrong…

…and start being positive about what could go right!

An easy way to check in with your life-compass and see which way you are heading, toward happiness or sadness, worry, etc. is to ask yourself, “Am I looking for what is right or what is wrong?” If you find you are focusing on the negative, steer that ship in the other direction without delay! Make a gratitude list, mentally or on paper. Really focus on how happy you are to have those things in your life and
why.

Happy people view problems as opportunities. It’s all a matter or perspective. How much better does it feel to think about how you could fly instead of how you could fall? 😊
